This place is way out there and worth it. We were on vacation from ohio and 1 thing on our list was "southern bbq" The... staff--friendly,pleasant The food--hot,fresh,amazing and exactly what we asked for and was craving. It has been several years since my first visit here and this place did not disappoint. Last time I was here I had the patty... melt (yummo). Today I had the bacon cheeseburger made just the way they serve it - oh my goodness - pinch me I'mdreaming!!! My husband had the pork plat with baked beans and fries - 3 words to say about this dish.... WON--DER--FUL!!!! thesmoke flavor is on point the sauce is to perfection and the sides are exactly to par. We brought along our new neighbors andfriends they had the mushroom burger and mushroom bacon cheeseburger both were just oohing and awing over them. They alsoordered the fried mushrooms and said they were superb. If you are looking for a great place to eat STOP looking. Get in the carand go. Wanted to visit Alabama, and needed to eat, this place was awesome. Pulled Pork was amazing, green beans were phenomenal (down... home southern straight from the garden style). Had plenty enough seating for our family of 5. If you find yourself in theNortheast side of Alabama visiting Lookout Mountain area... take the 25-minute drive out to Alabama and have some ridiculouslygood barbecue w/ a side of southern hospitality.
