My husband and I spent over an hour here and the only good thing we experienced was Amber, the hostess. I talked to our waitress... 4 times in the entire hour we were there. After 20 minutes of waiting for food, my husband ordered a second beer and we didn?treceive it until we asked for the check to leave. We received cold food and out of 10 of my husbands wings, only one had dry rubon it. I asked to pay for my husbands one beer so we could leave. The manager came over and brought us a check with 2 beers onit, even though we hadn?t received the second one, so she went to fix it. She sent the fixed check with our waitress, when Ipicked it up the entire check was zeroed out. Our total due was $0. So we went to leave and our waitress chased us out askinghow we paid for the one beer. We told her the check was $0 and she said we had to pay for the beer. She picked up the receipt,realized it was $0, went back to her manager and came back with a check with one beer one it. We paid and left. If I could leave0 stars I would, but I?d like to dedicate the one star I have to leave to Amber. Read more

Me and my girlfriend came an grabbed dinner as we always do every few weeks, and our server Clayton was by far the best server... we have ever had. His service was excellent, told me about all the deals and specials and we discussed some of his favoritedrinks. Dude is a awesome worker, and an absolutely amazing server. I would recommend Clayton to anyone. Definitely will berequesting him from now on when we come. Read more

The store was pretty dirty. Every time I come in for the last year and a half it always smells like rotten limes and other... fruit. Took a little while to get drinks, then the waitress took our order. Had to repeat myself several times before she wasable to get everything. Ordered app, it came out 2 mins before meals did. I will say that the meals came out exceptionally fast.Which would have been awesome but our wings were cold like they were cooked hours ago. Then asked for a refill, on my tea. Afterabout 10 mins it comes back with no ice. Then I ask for ice and received it at the end when I got my check. Paid the lady andwent on Also note the floor of the store looked as if it gets swept once daily that?s when they close. If I were a franchiseowner I?d have a cleaning policy in place to make sure that my customers are coming to a place that they would Be willing towalk bare foot in. Every time I come here I leave thinking I need a shower. I would love to be a secret shopper for you guysbecause you?d be surprised on how your store is ran. Now I?m not saying that all the waitress are like this. This girl couldhave been new, but if that?s the case let someone run around with her. As much as I hate to leave a bad review this place justhasn?t gotten any better. Time for new management or new ownership which we one helps the customers first! Read more

This was the first time for my husband and the last. First, we arrived and it took a while to get seated. The restaurant was... freezing, other patrons had jackets on including myself. The soda machine was down; the only drinks avail tea, water, andlemonade (strawberry). The food was very overpriced for the portion given! By the time our food got to us, it was cold becauseof the freezing temp in the restaurant. The size of the brisket tacos was so small and the fries were like shoe strings. Ourwaiter was ok but it was almost like he was about to rush us out the door as soon as we got our food. I still had fries and hewas trying to take them! The visit was not good and we won't be back. We should have taken the advice of the previouscustomer..."Leave while you can". Read more

I came here about six months ago and it was a joke. Took forever to get seated, seats at booths were torn up, people around us... were mad about how long everything was taking, it wasn?t good. After sitting at the table with torn up seats for 15 mins withoutservice, we finally left. I saw some recent reviews saying the restaurant is under new management and has improvedsignificantly. I agree!! It?s clean, seats have been replaced, I was served quickly, beer is cold, it?s great! Thank you to thenew management team, I?ll be a regular for sure. Read more

So? there are probably thousands of locations and this is probably one of half a dozen or more locations for this franchise... owner, but I come to this specific location?. Not for the food, not for the sports on tv? I come here for the one huge assetthat makes this one location special? it?s the bar tender and her name is Sarah. She is not exactly the corporate type butthat?s what makes her different, she is down to earth and like your old school bar tender there to ask about your family andwhat?s new in your life. She is the one true talented human working there and I spend at least $150 a week here, because I feellike family when I sit at this bar when Sarah is here. I will tell you that is the key to what makes this place special and ifshe ever left I too would be gone. Greasy chips, Smashed Avocado (supposed to be guacamole) a beer served in a Mason jar verses your standard tall glass. Poor... quality and lack luster enthusiasm from staff. The wait time for a cup of water was well over 10 mins when it was empty......sad Read more
