My order of french toast has a metallic taste and a great deal of blackened residue from the grill. The homestyle chicken is... very stiff & dry. I specifically requested for the items that were missing from my previous order and did not receivethem(biscuits) nor the corn muffin and biscuit currently ordered, even though the receipts are marked as if the items are in thebag. We love Cracker Barrel but their to go service is horrible. This is the second time we came home and didn?t get what we ordered... side wise. It is different experience. If you enjoy old fashioned, family oriented cooking, you will love the Cracker. The food was good,... but expected the turkey meat to be of a real one not the Boars Head preproccessd kind of meat. I enjoyed the shop and theservice was quick. Read more
Edited I was hungry when I posted this but since then the manager did reach out and told us to try it again and I did and it was... good so changing my review maybe they was having a bad day .. My family went in tonight to this location I was getting mine togo I order baked fish , macaroni and mashed potatoes. My husband said the waitress called off when she repeated it baked fishWhen it was brought home however it was fried fish and like 3 small spoons of macaroni and my daughter ordered some maplechicken and ate in the restaurant it was over cooked and not good had nothing that even taste like maple on it.
