I tried to order on line and app was dragging. I was 5 minutes from location and tried to call at3:30 on a Saturday they would... not answer phone. When I arrived there no other customers at this place. I had to wait for at least 5 minutes to place my order.Waitress was chopping meat for who I don't know since I was the only customer and she put it to the side. I also had to ask herwas she taking the orders or at register since she did not address me except to tell me their on line app was down. When Iordered I could only give the waitress 1 item at a time, because she was preparing each dish as I ordered it. There where 4employees there not helping with order. They ran out of onions so could not get those. Paid 21.00 for crunchy bbq beans that wasawful. The meat was okay. My son got sick after eating chicken sandwich. WORST OVER PRICED FOOD AND SERVICE EVER. When I talkedwith co-workers they experienced same quality and service at other locations. Too bad I can't do a negative star rating becauseI would. Read more

We recently ordered 85 of their boxed lunches for an event and everything was great! The order was ready on time, employees were... super helpful carrying everything to my car, even lining my trunk so everything would stay neat and clean. The manager, Iapologize I forget his name, was really helpful answering all my questions when helping me put the order together, evencalculating total cost for me before confirming the order. When one of my bags of boxed lunches was left at the store, anotheremployee drove out of his way to bring them to us. The sauce is perfect and the BBQ cut is lean. They have great daily deals. My favorite is the baker with brisket. I look look... forward to when the condiment bar and soft serve come back. Read more
I got the one meat platter with brisket, green beans and potato casserole. The brisket tasted like it looked in the photo. To... me it seemed like it was boiled in water and just didn't have that Texas brisket taste. You can even tell by the color of thebark and the meat that this isn't your typical smoked BBQ brisket. The sides were... okay and nothing spectacular. I haven'tbeen to this location in a long time and decided to give it a try. The service was very good but the food to me was subpar. Brisket could had have a little more flavor, their ice cream is amazing!! Potatoe casserole taste really good, ribs was a little... dry, but their sauce cures the dryness for me, but the flavor is on cue! Like I've said they need to expand to Hot Springs.Dickey's has always been my favorite place to eat, amazing tastes and love the environment and the service! Read more
