We dined in, my first time here, staff is young, but friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Food took a moderate amount of... time, but it is a Friday night. Ordered French Dip and broccoli. Broccoli was over cooked, but I sa e it by dipping it in theawesome au jus. Sandwich was pretty good, but the horse radish mayo on it is pretty sweet. A little too sweet for me. Great food but service was not so great I waited by the register for 5 minutes yesterda while everyone else was talking and... giggling with backs turned and it took someone not even behind the counter to help me. Ordered nachos no onions and it still hadonions after they fixed it twice tasted good and they were nice about it but I don't think they pay attention to behind themvery well. It's been a good while since I visited a McAllisters. I've always liked it fine, but never overwhelmed. This visit didn't change... my mind. On a positive note, it was 3:30 in the afternoon, which frequently means the service suffers because staff is oftenconsumed with clean up from lunch rush, and prepping the restaurant for dinner. The service that day was exceptional. I wasimpressed. But then came the food. The Italian sandwich I ordered was very plain and uninspiring. Even the tea was iffy, oddlyenough. A little disappointed I ordered a fruit tray-veggie Tray-pinwheel tray for delivery for my daughter's wedding day the 3 trays... were delivered however no plates napkins or dip was delivered when I called and complained the manager Brian said their driversaid he delivered it ! It's a wedding guest had to eat off a napkin embarrassing! He offered to help refund me 20.00 no I'msorry or nothing he said my driver said he delivered it ! We stopped in here last Sunday on our way to Dallas. I just love McAllister's Deli anyways, but this particular one was very... nice, and the staff was super friendly. We had someone checking to make sure we had plenty of tea to drink, and the food wasexcellent. Read more
Friendly staff and quick service. Good food for something other than burgers. My sandwich had jalapeno in the description but... didn't taste much spiciness but still a good sandwich. Soup was very tasty. Read more
It had been a while since I ate here and now I know why.. My pastrami sandwich was horrible. The bread was overcooked to the... point it was almost hard. I eventually put it in the trash.. The angus spud barely had any toppings on it. The cheese dis isnothing to rave about and the chips didn't come with it. Practically $30.62 wasted. Read more
