My daughter got cheesecake flavor and went to put a little cookies and cream flavor on top. The cookies and cream wasn't... frozen, just liquid. There were no lights on the machine indicating that it wasn't frozen. I asked the employee if she couldget a new cup and start over. She rudely told me that since she had another flavor in the cup we would have to pay for it. Next time we'll go to Dairy Queen. Read more
MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! Wasn't crowded or anything but they was out of the original flavor I wanted, however, had enough... options to choose from so I wasn't left disappointed. Absolutely DEEEELICIOUS???????? Weighs your cup to total your price(whichwas neat) AND it was all self serve so that was also super neat!!!! If there were razzy awards for worst froyo, this Menchie's location would handily win multiple times! Went for $6 fill up... Tuesday and they were out of multiple items; peanut butter sauce, chocolate shell sauce, vanilla / nutella froyo and thechocolate froyo had an odd flavor and weird texture. I immediately let the 2 girls working know of the issues (as did othercustomers) and their apathy was palpable. "Ok" was the response, as they continued to talk amongst themselves. Perhaps having amanager / supervisor or a babysitter.. anyone who cares about the business would have been helpful. Menchie's is one of myfavorite froyo shops, but this location is sorely lacking... literally everything. I suggest THE COVE on Chenal if you areable. The owner and staff are professionals. Yogurt cost 20$ for 2 cups didn?t taste like anything we went as a group of 4 and non of the flavors tasted like anything but... frozen milk. If I wanted that I would go to McDonald?s and get a ice cream cone for a dollar. Highly disappointed! I wouldn?trecommend this to anyone unless you want to waste your money. Read more
We have been coming to this location about twice a month or so for more than a year. Everything is always clean and the... employees are always friendly. All of the yogurt machines are alway working and none are out of order (we recently had thisissue at another Menchie?s in another state). Love the way they do the toppings in the little containers so it isn?t messy atthe toppings bar. My only wish is that the flavors for the week or day were posted on the Facebook page. Read more
i?m not a giant frozen yogurt fan, but they do have quite a few options (even some that i like) and my husband LOVES them!... especially the topping bar. he would add $10 worth of topping if i let him ????. it?s definitely worth the try! Read more
Had a bad experience here on just my second visit that will keep me from returning. Their yogurts are excellent though expensive... and I love the fact there's always a sugar free option for diabetics like me. But when I presented a coupon for a reduced priceon my purchase, the cashier wouldn't except it because "I've never seen that before." It had the store name and location printedon it and came from a reputable company called My Deals. What should have been a very pleasant experience was not because of theargumentative employee who refused to deal with the issue cordially. I'll pass on another visit. Read more
