Cashier was not listening, food was wrong. Worker at window did not speak english well which was very difficult to get our order... across when we were correcting it. There?s always something wrong with this Popeyes. Every time I go there it?s either they?re out of sauces, out of their spicy... chicken, and on multiple occasions they were out of ice so all their drinks were completely flat. We went there the other nightat 10:20 and they told me they had sold out, when they don?t close till 11. Today we went back because we have been cravingPopeyes and there?s not another near by and they completely forgot 1 of our 2 meals and they are out of sauces again (go figure)give your business to literally anywhere else or drive to the next closest Popeyes because this one is consistently terrible. Only place in Bryant without a lobby. Sit in drive through for 15 min only to find out they are out of mashed potatoes. Will... never go back! Read more
I was picking up a prepaid order for someone. The lobby was closed, I was directed to go thru the drive thru. I finally get to... the window onl6 to be told they had no spicy chicken left. It would be a 12-15 minute wait. I requested they make the order.They knew it was ordered like at least 10 minutes before. Why didn't they just go ahead and drop the 2 pieces in when the orderwas place? Makes no sense... but the manager agreed to cook it... also the customer ordered something to drink that wasn'tavailable at this location. I'd say somebody needs to look into the online menu. I understand we are in a time in which staffing is an issue for many businesses, but the day I went, the place was fully manned... and none of them were moving with any sort of urgency. Customers, myself included, were waiting unnecessarily long periods oftime for simple orders. I was picking up a Door Dash order of 6 sandwiches, which took almost a half hour for them to complete. I saw other people who were obviously on their lunch breaks receiving their orders with barely enough time left to eat them. Read more
This food is stale old and cold. I can?t believe I just went to this Popeyes in Bryant on Reynolds Rd and they gave me this old... food!!!! Tried to call and complain and of course they will not answer their phone. I?m so very upset and disappointed inthem!!! If I could give them zero stars I would!!! Read more
