Clean store, fresh cuts and vegetables, friendly associates.
They weren't busy, we were the only people there but they were slinging ingredients at a super fast pace. One sandwich was... totally wrong, We ordered sweet onion chicken teriyaki and and we got a barbecue chicken when we questioned it and we questionedit, he let us know that he was above reproach. When we asked for sweet onion sauce he told us no it was already on there, but itwasn't! We usually are satisfied at Subway because you stand there and watch them make the sandwich but these guys wereslinging so so fast you wanted to remind them "Hey we have to eat that bro" Read more
Would give zero stars if possible. It's completely unacceptable, at any time, but especially during Covid, for an employee to... be vaping inside the restaurant. Especially at the counter where the food is located that customers have to consume. HopefullySubway can give us a refund, since we ordered ahead but never got our order after witnessing a "sandwich artist" display suchgrotesque behavior. Read more
Sienna was very nice and caring. The young man with his hair in a man bun and no name tag was messy, uncaring, and rude in his... interaction with me. He left no doubt he would rather have been somewhere else. I have watched too many employees make mysandwich and the way he did it will cost the owner a great deal of money. I understand that there are guidelines about serving sizes. I get that you can only put 6 olives is the portion for the wrap and... I get that 12 is a double portion of olives. But if I tell you I'm going to PAY for the extra olives and you're being rude aboutit and still won't give me extra olives. That I just don't understand. I worked food service for almost 10 years and I cannotthink of 1 reason why I can't pay for extra olives. Or why you had to be so rude about the entire situation. In fact the onlyreason I know what the portion sizes are is becuase I asked a friend who used to work at Subway. Absolutely ridiculous how thissituation was handled. Childish. Read more
