Came inside and sat down we waited for 10 minutes no one ever came. A couple walks in and they get their order taken and the... woman never looks back or acknowledges us. Then another server clocks in to work and she comes and gives us the napkin and forkand says i?ll be right with you and go to the table behind me whom had also came in way way after us and she takes theirdrinks?.didn?t even ask us for our drinks. first time visit this place and I will never come back I can't understand how this restaurant has so many customers every day... omg I ran away as soon as I saw two cockroaches pass by the table. The most incredible thing is that the cashier saw them anddid absolutely nothing. I think it should be called cockroach house and not Waffle House. Read more
I can't say a whole lot about this specific chain that hasn't been said as a stereotype. There was a dead roach on the floor and... the table I had was a bit dirty. Other than that, the waitress I had was nice and the food came quick. Long review short: it'sWaffle House. Read more
Great food, pleasant atmosphere. You wanna snap back to a calmer time, Waffle House is where you go. No large waiting lines,... simple menu, and everyone is behind the counter treats you like family from the moment you walk in till you leave. Read more

This was a horrible experience that took place over 3 months ago. The long wait for the food was bad enough, but when I got home... I noticed they had made an error on a rather large order. I called and asked what they could offer for free since fixing myorder requires me to drive back up there (I live quite a distance away) and since gas isn't free I thought I'd ask. I didn'texpect much, a friggin orange juice would have been enough but when I called the lady on the other end was dismissing andcondescending, repeating the mantra of "well sorry we're not able to help but we can fix your order" over and over again, noteven giving my concerns a second thought. Then I asked to speak to a manager and to my surprise this WAS the manager! Whatrotten service. I finally ended up telling her to forget it and that I would NEVER dine there again, then hung up. To hell withthe replacement, bad customer service isn't even worth that. Judging from the reviews I'm not the only one with issues aboutthis place. Stay far away or go to the one in Little rock or Benton...this place is subpar and does not deserve your funding. Read more
