This wingstop has a rude manager that doesn?t care about customers. I was literally trying to tell him what happen with my order... and he kept cutting me off. Making excuses and telling me they couldn?t do nothing much about my food sitting there for 20+minutes while I was waiting for it in the parking lot cause I order my food through the door dash app to pick up & they?re goingto say there?s no way for them to confirm that the food is ready on their end when I work at a restaurant where you get a tabletand through that tablet you let the dasher know or person picking up food know it?s ready to be picked up. Manager was rude andhung up on me and I literally talked to 3 people because he was avoiding dealing with a complain. The wings were cold and dry &fries soggy and cold. place does a heck of a business. i was trying to dine in and almost gave up. once i was finally able to order, it took 25 min to... get my food, which was way over sauced, like soup. fries were pretty rare, i ate a few, but they werent nearly as good as otherlocations. and no napkins in the building. i went out to my truck and got some. no other condiments either. a little ketchupwould have help those fries a bunch. probably ok for take out if you call an order in, but im not coming back to this location. This place was pretty good when they first opened. I have experienced twice them leaving the ranch out of my bag/order. It... really sucks when u get home or to your car to realize it?s not in the bag especially since it?s not already included but Is anadditional charge. Read more
The Bryant Wingstop just opened and I got to say it's quite tasty. Wingstop has an original taste that separates their flavors... from most wing places. I absolutely love the fries as the fries even have a distinguishable flavor from most. The restaurantwas clean and the food was brought out timely. Read more
We tried a brand new Wing Stop and the Mild Buffalo, Mango Habanero, and Lemon Pepper wings with corn, fries and celery &... carrots. For a new restaurant they had a massive staff and were serving an insane amount of to go orders. Even with that volumewe did not have to wait terribly long to be served a rather large order. The flavors were all good and overall everyone washappy. Pro tip: you can get the seasoning on the side for the fried corn in case you have a picky eater who likes mostlyvegetables. Thigh Bites and the wings were 10/10! Better than the wingstop in Hot Springs or Little Rock even. They did just open Feburary... 2022, so expect things to take a little longer than usual while the kinks are worked out, but the hot crispy wings are worth thewait! If you haven't tried it suggest their lousiana rub for a tasty dry rub. Read more

The only reason I gave 4 stars is bc there was 1 register at pick... up and a crazy long line that made for an outrageous wait time..even with an online order. The first time wings had no flavor. Decided to try them again i ordered garlic parmesan got the order home and it was lemon... pepper. Called the store & was told that since i confirmed the order it was nothing they can do. How do u know what flavor thewings are if its sealed in the bag but the rude lil worker boy basically told me couldnt be replaced. The last & final straw wasme placing a order for delivery & door dash said 2 different drivers was on the way but didnt come. Was told by a "manager" toreplace the order online again. So i did but chose carryout. Open my door to go get my other order & my 1sr order was sittimgoutside in the cold. No knock or nothing. So i called the store to cancel the carryout order & was told that GM had to issuerefund since it was done via app. Was told to call back to speak with GM almost a week later for him to lie saying he wasissuing the refund & will call me back but never did. Called the store to speak with GM & the person who answered the phone wasreal rude saying now you need tp speak with corporate. So after speaking with corporate about refund I WILL NEVER AGAIN go tothis location. The most rudest & untrained bunch of folks ive ever dealt with. Read more
