This is literally the worst store in the history of all stores, of any type. I cannot believe 0 stars isn?t an option. Multiple... times they took our order and couldn?t deliver it. One time they strung us along for two hours without ever getting us pizza andthey refused to refund us, telling us it wasn?t possible and we would need to come pick up pizza another day. My pizza came 3 hours late. Burnt. Gross. Terrible. There was apparently a "hiccup" at the store where all orders got mixed up... and they had to reorganize them. Completely incompetent employees and horrific management. What's funny is this was my"Make-Up" Pizza after they showed up 2 hours late the last time. To any hungry reader who read this - Lovechio's, Pizzi's...hell even Papa John's would be better - at least you can DoorDash it. To the franchisee that owns this Domino's - please dobetter. Read more
The place IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE ? SOO NOT ORDER FROM HERE? I do not know why my family continued to order from them because... we?ve had multiple problems? but this time was the worst .. 45 minutes after placing my order, the tracker said it was done so we walked in to pick up our order. It wasn't ready, we were... told one of the pizzas was still in the oven. Told that repeatedly. Finally, 20 minutes later we left with what we hoped wasour correct order. Nope. Of 3 Pizzas, only one was made correctly. COLD Pepperoni had been tossed on the pizza after it hadbeen baked AND CUT (see photo). It was missing it's other toppings. Two pizzas were totally cold, the third was made with thewrong sauce and the crust was soggy and coming apart. When we tried to call the store back to rectify the situation, they neveranswered the phone (after 36 minutes of being on hold we have) and now the app says they aren't open for carryout anymore. Clearly, they are not equipped to be the only things for which domino's has ever been good: consistency and speed. Failure onboth counts. I will never order Dominos again. What was I thinking??? This is 10 domino's wings, looks like 8 to me. And the pizza was suppose to have alfredo sauce, looks like regular sauce. I just... ordered a $36 joke will not be back, just read all the other 1star reviews, wish I did... Read more
Poor follow through. No manager evidently, Maybe no workers. Heck...Maybe no pizza. So many good pizza places in the area. Save... yourself your time and energy..don't call Domi-NO PIZZA. Read more
