I ordered a grande white mocha. what I received was a white hot chocolate. I proceeded to go back through the drive-thru. The... person taking the orders told me I ordered a hot chocolate and was extremely rude about it. I only get one drink from Starbucksthe same thing everyday. The cashier told me he'd put a shot of expresso in my drink. I did not want to keep the mismade drink.I kindly asked him to make me a new one. What I received then was a barely half full drink. Just because you're closing in 30minutes doesn't mean you can treat your customers badly. We pay a lot of money for these drinks. I should at least get what Ipaid for. As a loyal customer of Starbucks it pains me to admit that instances like this happen often. Hence the reason I'mwriting this review now. Read more

We live in a parking lot challenged area and I have got to give kudos to this Starbucks for fixing their parking lot. It was a... disaster for a very long time. I?d say this Starbucks is a lot like all the other Starbucks I?ve been to pretty good service andpretty good food and coffee. Read more

I just want to give this specific starbucks a HUGE shout out. The employees here are AMAZING!! My coworker and I take turns... getting breakfast and coffee in the mornings and my order is one of "those" orders, way too many ingredients for such a smallcup. BUT they always come through and they are always so kind and courteous to both of us. it takes forever to get done talking to people before taking orders from the next people. The employee who was at the cashier... she was not paying attention there?s a lot of people waiting for taking orders I was there for like 10 minutes when she chattedwith another people. At not taking my order. I don?t know her name and she Don?t have name tag . It?s the worst Starbucks everI?ve been at. Parking was a challenge. This Starbucks's inside looks old, especially sofas and tables look very old, dirty and clumsy as you... can see on my photos. I sat a sofa section right next to restrooms but couldn't stay for my coffee because once in a while bedsmell from the restrooms smeared to my seating area when the doors were opened..... Unfortunately there were no seat availableon the other side...so I left. Read more
