Generally good service & food. However, you next to never get the correct sauces. If you even get them at all.
From 5:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m are the best times to come here anytime after 3:00p.m is horrible the staff does not care about the... food they serve old chicken and burgers and fries and never rotate the food and cook new! And the service in drive thru"anything else? Is what I was told when I try to order 2 more things. I highly recommend to just go here in the morning/noonhours because the morning crew is way more coordinated and the food tastes way better, kudos to the morning crew yall are thereal MVP's! Employees were good problem solvers and kind? the town had been in a boil water advisory. There weren?t fountain sodas or... coffee, but they had canned drinks and brought in ice. The restaurant was clean and fresh. We ordered kids? meals and fries werehot! Read more
I live in Bryson City they food at this particular McDonald's is disgusting the hamburgers were cold and stale the French Fries... were cold and stale. I pretty much always go to McDonald's when I'm traveling but it's the only time so after this experience Iprobably will never go to this particular McDonald's in Bryson city again. Read more
My friend and I used the drive thru and the girl with long brown hair said "he should be ordering salad" to another worker loud... enough for us to hear. My friend is dealing with his health issues and does not need snide comments. That girl was no waifherself. Read more
Everything was clean and staff fairly friendly. Bathrooms were clean.....my family always use bathroom cleanliness as the main... guage to our eat at an establishment. If the Bathrooms dirty....how nasty is the kitchen and food ??!! Read more
We are on vacation & my husband dropped his wallet in the parking lot. The honesty from the people of Bryson & the McDonald's... workers is amazing. He traced his steps &;had left it at this McDonald's. It was in tack & nothing was missing. We are soblessed for the honesty that the people of Bryson City have & the McDonald's employees. They should teach this world how caring& kindness exist. I have never met any nicer people than the community of Bryson. My love to you all. Read more
Very quick service!!! Ordered food and it was out in the next minute. Quickest I've experienced in a long time. The food was hot... and fresh. The employees were very nice and restaurant was clean. Read more
