It is exactly how you think a small tavern in a small town would look.....friendly atmosphere, great service, and the food was... amazing! I got the chicken tenders based off other reviews and they did not disappoint! They are massive and delicious, I gotthe half order and could only eat 1 out of the 2. My husband got a bacon cheeseburger and said it was extremely good and large,he couldn't even finish his fries afterwards. It's a typical small-town tavern, no frills, but good people and good food. We go on Wednesdays to get $0.79 wings, which are... amazing. Lots of sauces to choose from! They also have domestic pints on sale on Wednesdays. Service has always beengood....the waitresses/bartenders are very personable. We drive 40 minutes to go there, if that tells you anything! Last night was my second time at McCoy. Let me just say again the food was delicious. I had a olive burger and 2 margarita's.... Very nice atomosphere very welcoming. Friendly workers. I had the ayce perch. It was offered fryed or grilled...10 pieces to start with 5 of each. Great choice since both were... absolutely great. Service was wonderful and getting more was no prob. The baked potato and cornbread and coleslaw just made mefeel like the pig that I chose to be. Best meal at the price in a long time...try it you'll like it! Read more
