Hit or miss. I only do mobile ordering and they are ok. They have forgotten things and one time it was a 15 min wait and I had... to go in and get someone to help. Better layout but drive thru is still slow. Two lanes don't work when the staff can't keep up. Read more
Absolutely horrible! Service was terrible, many mistakes from the person taking our order to the people filling our order. ... When we made our order they asked if we wanted a receipt we said no. They didn't tell us we needed the receipt for an ordernumber. The girl bringing the food out never said who they were for. There was drinks and orders sitting on the counter. Ourswas one of them and by the time we realized it was ours the food was cold. They made mistakes filling the order, missing twoburgers and one fries and my drink was wrong. We are from out of town so we decided to go there because we know that we'd enjoythe food because no matter what McDonald's you go to you should have the same experience. Boy we were wrong. We waited 35 minutes for 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits and 2 hash browns. My husband asked the guy behind the counter if we... could just get our money refunded. They served 4 people that came in after us and still did not have ours done by the time myhusband asked for a refund. The kid behind the counter must have been stoned out of his mind because when my husband asked forthe refund he acted as if it took him a minute to even process what my husband said and then slowly said, "Uh... well... mymanager is the one that has to do it and she's back there making your food now." My husband said to heck with it and we leftwithout the food and without the refund. The entire crew and manager of this location should be fired! That manager made surethe drive thru customers were taken care of but had no concern for serving the customers that were trying to order inside. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Walked in and found nearly a full restaurant sitting and waiting for their... orders. Some were waiting for over thirty minutes. No orders were being called. When an order was FINALLY called after fifteenminutes of me waiting, the person had already left. All of the workers were slow moving despite the number of irritatedcustomers piling up, and looked like they weren?t even trying to keep up with orders. Customers, including myself, were tryingto get their money back, but the line was nearly stagnant. I ended up leaving with no food and no money back after nearly twentyfive minutes. Extremely, EXTREMELY disappointed. Never in my life have I seen anything like it. It was like the workers wereasleep. I wouldn?t wish this experience upon my worst enemy. Read more
Service is very slow, the line was very long on the drive up window, during the lunch hour part you don't seem to speed up the... line it seems like you're cooking just started around 12:00 or so. You're fortunate that in Buchanan you are the only fast foodhamburger place there is, we always keep hoping that another fast food will take over. Pulled right up to the ordering screen in the drive through and still waited 17 minutes to get food. Actually still sitting here... so will likely be closer to 20 minutes if not more. If you want something fast don?t come here. Read more
Service here is, unfortunately, mediocre at best. It's convenient for me to take my daughter for breakfast because it's in town,... but we've had to pull out of line so many times because the drive-thru is so slow. I've come to find that the manager makes allthe difference in drive-thru speed. Read more
