Not traditional wings not bbq and pizza smashed awesome
We traveled 3 1/2 hours for a wedding we were looking for a place to potty and eat. I suggested Pizza Hut but my husband... thought we didn't have enough time. The first place we stopped at you couldn't go into and the second place we went to thebathrooms were out of order. We went to Pizza Hut, the bathrooms were opened and clean, the service girl knew we were in a bitof a hurry they got our pizza done so fast and it was wonderful. We had to eat on the road so that we could make the wedding ontime, so the sweet girl had a lot of napkins in the bag. We could not have been happier. Placed a delivery order online and called to make sure the drive was sent with extra money because I only had a $100 bill. The... manager could not send any extra money with the driver for some reason so I wasn?t able to get my food. Doesn?t make sense to mewhy the manager couldn?t send him with $60 dollars to make the change up from my bill. Poor management. Read more

Once certain delivery driver is absolutely reckless. Speeding and tailgating on the outskirts of town and in town. Other than... that this Pizza Hut is great and never had issues other than the reckless delivery driver. Edit on June 10, 2022: Again, thesame delivery driver driving recklessly. He' always speeding, tailgating or crossing over double yellow lines. Today, we almosthit head on when he came over into my lane. I had to hit my brakes to the point that I almost left marks on the road. I haverepeatedly got him on dash cam doing these things. He was driving a red crossover SUV. Next time something like this happens,I'm calling it in either to Buchanan pizza hut or maybe even corporate. I understand needing to get orders delivered fast butthis is beyond ridiculous. I normally deal with this really nice guy but today when I went in this girl was here dark hair and a ponytail and had earbuds... in her ear and was super rude and snotty she literally was like what are you waiting for it?s going to be 5 10 mins I saidthat?s fine I can wait she like well take a seat like I made her whole day the worst then she treats the next guy so well idkwhat I said or did but I don?t deserve to be treated like that I shop here very often and just thought everyone should know. Butthat one guy who?s normally here treats all is customers with respect but her not so much. I just got to my car and saw what shedid she didn?t even cut it right idk why she?s acting like this but not good customer services I was going to leave more then 2stars but this experience kind of hurt that for me.
