Wow very random location and I’m so glad we stumbled on this gorgeous property on our way home to Grand Rapids from Chicago.... (Thank you HOP PASSPORT for helping us discover new breweries!) The beers we tried we good, service was awesome, and food wasgood too. The environment is what makes this place so special though. Very picturesque setting on a farm with hops growing inthe background and they nailed it with the styling of the decor and just little touches. It just felt like a thoughtful andintentional space. One of the coolest breweries I’ve been too. It’s a working farm and they grow their own hops. It’s organic and they have a... focus on sustainability. The beer was delish! We also enjoyed a hummus plate that was so good! Read more
Really phenomenal experience here. Staff was friendly & attentive the entire time, beer selection was expansive and well brewed,... their house made lemonade is a MUST try, and the food was absolutely delicious. You can tell they’ve spent a lot of timecrafting this restaurant and the food/beverage offered here. Great natural lighting if you’re sitting inside and plenty ofoutdoor seating as well with views of hills & trees. Really just a great experience all around here! Read more

Wonderful place. I am not picky about beer but if you have not found great beer in the South Bend and North area, I recommend... River Saint Joe. The beers are fresh and Brandon (brewer) does a great job of pulling local terrior into the offering. Most ofthe hops are grown right here by Mark! The staff are great, food is awesome. Lovely spot for a relaxing afternoon after apple picking, football game, pit stop on a road trip or a destination in itself!... Great outdoor area that’s very dog friendly with all season games/activities like tetherball and curling in the winter. Tastybeer and delicious Michigan lemonade for those who don’t drink. Menu changes seasonally which makes each visit unique. Lookingforward to trying the menus from the new chef! Read more
