I love going to baskin Robbins in Buckeye to get my tradicional chocolate chip Shake but today there was an employee named... cassie who was being really rude. She misunderstood my order and as I nicely asked for her to remake it, she proceeded to giveso much attitude. Shaking her head consistently and giving off little smirks in the most sarcastic way. From the time I walked in it took 6 minutes to be acknowledged by one of the two employees. From the time I finally received... some service it was obvious that she hated her job and did not even want to be there. Then the 2 employees arguing in front ofcustomers over wanting to leave early because she has things to do and the other one saying she needed to have found coverage toleave early and then ice cream scoops are being slammed into the receptacle used between scoops of ice cream. It was extremelyuncomfortable for me having to wait to be serviced by very immature and unprofessional people. There needs to be a responsibleadult to oversee these employees that are clearly too immature to even be working. Read more
