I shipped a package September 20th. Zee helped us and at first was a bit discourteous to my husband but changed his attitude... once he could see he had made us uncomfortable. Package was shipped insured thankfully, because it was lost by ups. Aninvestigation was completed and I will be getting paid for the item, however it was hugely sentimental and no money can replacethat. I called the store today and spoke with Zee, asking questions about my package. He said he had already gone through theinvestigation process and there was nothing more he could say or do. When I asked to speak with the owner he blew me off andsaid I?d have to open a new claim to do that and the owner is on vacation. If the owner does see this review, please reach outto me. Read more

My husband had to pay $4 for a bag to ship back to Amazon. When this is what it says. UPS Store. When selecting the method for... returning your Amazon purchase, choose The UPS Store Dropoff. You don't need to have your items boxed or labeled with thismethod. 10/1/22 Saturday 9AM I found myself 8th in line with an Amazon bar code drop off- I was in no mood to wait in line & made a fool... of myself & left - I really needed to get this done so I returned after about 15 minutes- Less people - What I want to say isthe girl who was working (solo) coworker didn?t show )was doing an excellent job- not rushing through- taking the time & doingthings perfectly, professionally - she deserves a huge raise!
