Ordered the Italian chicken sandwich yuck it had American cheese not white mozzarella tasted horrible coupon codes would not... work. Tons of attitude basic math skills were lacking, trh the new more modern option on Watson Rd. Customer service is great problem is is they have a lot of problems that they have to deal with machines not working properly.... Things not working the way they need them to. It's not the employees fall it's Burger King's fall for not paying attention toit. Read more
Wow, we were in a hurry no one was ready to take our order through the drive, we waited about 4 minutes. Anthony ?the... maintenance man? seen us waiting. Everytime my family comes here the food is old or re-cooked and hard. We decided to go in hoping we would have a better... experience but inside the building was disgusting the door windows had this weird white smear on them and there was a bunch offlies?.. we decided to leave. Read more
Walked into this Burger King and was greeted by a very nice young man who I think his name was DeAndre. Was very patient while... my family tried to figure out their order and answered any of our silly questions without any attitude. He was really sweet andhad a great personality. All of the staff were very nice. Restaurant looked clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Keep up the goodwork. I wish I had kept the receipt to review on there, so hopefully it reaches his boss. Extremely rude drive thru employee. Talked very disrespectful when we asked to give us a minute to look at the menu. Told us... to chill out when we weren't being rude at all. The young man who was bagging our food kept touching his mask on his face andpulling at it then bagged our food. Grossed me out so bad. High prices /horrible health and sanitation practices/disrespectful attitude I will choose other fast food places. Time was around 9 pm. I certainly hope at the least, managementwill take this opportunity to teach food handler safety along with better customer service dialogue. Read more
First time here lastnight, I was told fries would take 3 mins, got them, they were fresh. My spicy chicken sandwich looked like... a burger, I thought I had the wrong sandwich, it was burnt to a crisp. I will be taking this sandwich back to them this morning Read more
