I think pollo loco is taking advantage with their prices, I order 4 street tacos and they cost almost 4 dollars each taco....... unavailable the size of the taco its like a kids tacos so small , I am considering that it's an appetizer... unacceptable ..this isn't the first time I purchased something from pollo loco that their portions are getting ridiculously small. Chicken here is good but the sides are kinda gross. The beans taste like they came straight out of a can. And with no flavor.... The rice taste like they half cooked it and tossed some sauce on it. Very little flavor. Kinda taste like it's been sitting fora while. But the staff was very polite and fast. It's definitely not worth the money it costs. Just go to filiberto's. I love the variety of options that this place has! The staff is very friendly and quick to get your food out to you. I usually... get the pollo bowl as it is a cheap, healthy, on the go option. One of my favorite places to get a quick, healthy meal during abusy day! Read more
I paid $7 for this (that?s a small drink BTW)? and the ?burrito? had canned beans, over cooked rice, and poorly flavored... ?Queso?; all completely overpowering the flavor and texture of the chicken (seriously? if you asked me how the chicken tasted ata place called Pollo Loco I couldn?t tell you). It was not bad. The food was good. The restaurant was dirty, tables and floor. Prices are decent. Spice bar was closed.
I'm usually not a complainer but when I pay 30$ for an 8 piece meal I expect to receive 8 pieces. I received 7 pieces and one... piece is not edible because the half of it seems very under cooked. My mom had 4 brain surgeries and has to have someone sitwith her at all times and it's frustrating since I cannot go back and have it corrected. Read more
I ordered the 3pc with rice and beans combo. Chicken is always seasoned and cooked to perfection. What I dislike is cold corn... tortillas & rice and beans. Otherwise they would have received 5stars. Read more
