Let's start with one of the restrooms didn't work and it just goes downhill from here. They were out of napkins, ketchup, most... sauces, honey, corn and to top it off the had no mayo. No mayo isn't a big deal, but because they were out...they couldn't sellANY of the sandwiches it was used on!!!!! WHAT????? Couldn't you still sell the sandwich sans mayo? Apparently not. Not oneapology or a twitch in facial expression. Which would be beneficial in a poker game, not so much in customer service. Oh and thefinal candle on the experience...the sodas tasted funny and we were told the Diet Pepsi was ok. Great for those who like it,again not so much for the rest of us. I utilized the "app" to place my order. The process was pretty fast. I ordered a pot pie and chicken little sandwich. I was... alerted my order was ready. I pulled to the window and announced I'm here for a mobile order to be told we don't have the potpie and it will take 15 minutes for the tender. Please select cancel on your order. LOL! I tell the lady none of that is anoption. She said I don't know what to tell you but pull around front and I will give you a number to call for a refund.REALLY! Oh it get worse. I called 18 times and apparently something is wrong with their phone line because the number rings 1time after you push 1 twice. This is the worst for me so far. Read more
Ordered: famous bowl it was 1/5 mash potatoes 4/5 gravy. The chicken was so stale we ended up throwing this famous bowl away.... The othr part of my order was the number 14 combo. Ordered strawberry lemonade. They were out, requested butter and honey, theywere out, they must have also been low on fries because when I arrived home the container was filled 1/3 of the way. I like how they remodeled the inside dining area. It was clean. Receiving my order was pretty quick. I seen a family meal... online, it wasn't available in store. But they were able to make it anyways. The price was good compared to what I received inthe meal. Update: 10/30/2022 Went in for dinner. Ordered 3 meals. They took about 20 mins. We thought there were only 3 workersand it turns out there were 7 or 8. What they were doing in the back..not working. The drink machine was our so I asked the guyif he could fill my cups in the back. He said no, all the soda machines are connected. So if one is out they are all out. Iasked him if he was telling the people who ordered through drive thru. He said they are not selling the drinks they don't have.I told him I paid for the drink and he should have informed me they were out before that. I then walked away because I wasreally upset. Then we get our food and they had shorted us tenders and fries. When we went back they said they were out of friesso it would be about 7 mins. Customers from drive were coming in, one didnt getbher mashed potatoes. She askes for honey andthey replied they didnt have any. Others people from delivery services were coming in and they would tell them they did not havefried chicken. Everything people were asking for they did not have. Then close early. Visited a week ago and the gravy was like water. They said they?d replace them next time. Came in tonight and they forgot the... sauce for our tenders, the fries were 1/2 empty and the gravy was dripping all over the food containers. It was also still likewater. So I drove back to the store. Waited for about 10 min to be helped because the girl at the counter disappeared and shehad the personality of a wet sock. Never smiled and said hi. Never said sorry for the mess up. Etc. the manager even came overand the only words she spoke to me were ?do you have a receipt?. Which I didn?t because they never gave me one. Today I have ordered the Famous Bowl meal and I paid it with 20 dollar bill but the recipe came out as if I paid with 10 dollar... bill, but I managed to get my 10 as a change after correcting the person in the counter. As soon as the order was there, I wasexpecting to enjoy my meal until not only they forget to mistaken my order that includes fries, but they instead give a bowl ofMacaroni and Cheese than the Famous Bowl. I was to send it back but I was too late because my brother has to send the order onDoorDash and I had no choice but to eat it. The macaroni and cheese tasted awful, the sight of it looked like someone hascrumbled it badly, and I chose not to eat it anymore. Speaking of the drinks, the vending machine doesn?t seem to work,especially as I wanted Dr. Pepper and it was truly broken that it squirted at me. I asked for them to fill me Dr. Pepper in theDrive-Thru area, but they said they ran out. I don?t believe it! As for the people they worked there, talk about the mostunorganized and inefficient group of workers I ever seen. Despite who amazing design of the inside of the restaurant, theirorganization and food is the absolute WORST ever done! And for my sake, I will NOT eat anything there because I feel that thereis a health hazard among the food that wasn?t properly cooked neither cleaned.
