We love mod pizza. But their customer service at the verrado location needs some serious help. They wouldn't scan my app so i... can get my points, but instead told me to scan my receipt after the fact. When I did, I got half the points I should have. Ispent $77 and with the promise of 1 point for every dollar spent, I would have expected to gain 77 more points. However, I sitat 46. Also, they have the a/c BLASTING so hard so as to freeze customers out. I audibly heard other customers complain aboutthe temp of the restaurant, and my party had to either get sweaters, or step outside to warm up. While I totally understand thatthe workers get hot making pizza all day, maybe shut off half of the units to make customers comfortable? Read more
I would give this location zero stars if it were an option. I had two pizzas on my order. One of my pizzas had hair baked in... it. The other pizza was mixed up with the customer behind me. They forget a topping on theirs so the employee went to thebrick oven to pull theirs out to add the missing topping and apparently added the topping to mine. They were different sizes soI am not sure how that happened. And when I brought it to the employees attention, she did not apologize and was upset that weboth wanted our pizzas remade. I would not recommend this location unless you want hair in your food and your order to bewrong. Read more
I love Mod Pizza! Each location is its own unique experience, both in decor and vibe. None disappoints, and their newest... location to the far west side, is no different. Customizable, Counter-style ordering, with fast, friendly service. Quicklunch, yep! To go- this location, has three, covered, dedicated, short-term parking. Plenty of staff, clean, bright andtasty. First the pizza is delish!! Quite a few in store and staff got a tad behind but nothing got out of hand. Pizza oven pizza is... great!! Had hand made salads as well which I didn't get. Why don't pizza places that build have green olives??? Read more
It?s meh, not very tasty and very plane. I feel like the salads are the best options. I had a high expectation for this place... and unfortunately we have been 3 times hoping to have our minds changed. The best of this place is the staff who are happy andgenuinely excited to help. I just can?t see me coming back but it may be for others. Read more

Didn't know pizza and bread sticks could be inedible, hard to get wrong but here we are. Will not be returning.
Always a fan of their pizza, and serving size. Always experience positive costumer service. I will say be prepared to wait a... little longer for orders as they are always extremely busy. Not much they can really do to change that from a business sense,they're just slammed being the only mod in the area :). If you order online come in 15 min after the Google map suggestion. Read more
