The freshest pizza I?ve had in a while! Super tasty super delicious !! Friendly workers great attitude and was welcoming all the... way around! I got a pizza with only onions and one with pepperoni! My onion pizza was the bomb ! You can just taste thefreshness in the pizza so satisfying especially if your hungry ! I hope I get this same experience from any other location! Ordered online and selected the contact free delivery option. Total was correct on Saturday when I first placed the order. Today... is Monday and my account is now negative because a driver here decided to take an extra $6 tip for themselves on top of theoriginal total after I?d already left a tip to begin with. Called the store this morning & spoke with a manager who says sheneeds to speak with another manager before resolving my issue. It?s now 3 in the afternoon & I haven?t heard anything back. Dueto this experience I will not be using my card to make purchases at pizza joints anymore and especially not this location. I?mvery disappointed as I never have this issue with papa johns Update: management contacted me & issued a full refund. I amsatisfied that I received all of my money back for the order but I still may not ever order from this location again after thisincident. I placed an order for a single extra large pizza. Sure, it?s my fault for assuming I could?ve had the pizza delivered within 45... minutes on a Friday night. But wishful thinking and the website said 61-71 minutes after placing the order. We are approaching 2hours after placing the order. I called 15 minutes ago for an update, and they said the driver left 5 minutes before calling.. Ijust checked the ?track my order? feature and they are still at least 15 minutes out. I was only offered 50% off my currentorder. I will update this review if they decide to compensate the full order for the inconvenience. Update: pizza was comp?d,only because I asked for it for getting the wrong and cold pizza. So, at least we got free pizza, thanks. Read more
We haven't had Papa Johns in years and won't be having it again anytime soon. There are barely any toppings on these at all and... what there are, are all in the center. Slow down and do things right, you weren't that busy. Read more
You lost a long time customer today. When the website says 27 to 46 minutes and over an hour later the pizza arrives when it... stated enroute for 28 minutes. You don't get a fresh pizza. And the pepperoni twists were burnt but cold. I called, had tospell my name twice, and was told another 28 minutes as the delivery person showed up. Under new management? Too bad, BYE! Read more
RAW CRUST - Ordered 2 large 'The Works' pizzas carryout and got home to find the crust of both completely raw. The toppings were... piled so high the crust didn't cook at all. The box was so wet on the bottom I could easily poke my finger through it. Bothpizzas were inedible and went in the trash. Called the restaurant several times during business hours with no answer. Took thetime to fill out the online complaint form with no response a week later. Papa John's clearly doesn't care. Read more
On my first order, 1/4 of the Cheese bread was just dough so I called for a credit. Ordered online again about a week later and... called in to get the cheese bread credited. The call goes to a call center in India? Get my order home and there?s a couplepieces of cheese bread that still don?t have cheese?.and it?s super greasy and not cut well. The pizza is also very greasy,floppy and not cut at all. And the butter they put in the box was open so it spilled when we took it out. Perhaps ?payback? forcomplaining about the cheese bread? Delivery took 1 1/2 hours. Ordered original crust ?The Works? and thin crust pepperoni with extra mushrooms & onions. Proteins &... veggies were extremely lacking. Seemed more like they waved it over the pizza then added. Lucky to find pepperoni on thin crust,nothing extra added, barely could be called a cheese pizza.
