Food was good, but over $48. bucks for Xtra large one topping pizza, small salad, and 2 LG drinks, is ridiculous.
I?ve already sent an email, but I?m also going to leave a review. It seems to be an ongoing thing with these restaurants. The... lack of unprofessional workers. There?s really no excuse. I?m all for having fun and getting the work done. But it seems likehaving fun, and the work nowhere near being completed is the new norm. If you bring your children in the evening, I would adviseyou to have a babysitter because you?re going into a club, not a family friendly environment. Read more
Went in for a nice to go dinner wanted to come back and enjoy some hot fresh pizza with my kids and have family movie night!... Only when I ordered they asked me do you want to upgrade your large pizzas for $2 more I said sure, then as I sit there and waitothers are coming in to get their to go orders 30 mins went by and still no pizza. Same thing happened to another guy he wasjust as disappointed and not pleased at the fact that his order had been sitting there for over 30 mins. the manager calls myname I go up there and she says would you like plates I said so this was my order the entire time? I told her why didn?t thatgirl boxing the pizzas call it out she made an excuse saying she really doesn?t know to call it out when it?s a take outorder!!!!? Lame excuse the girl needs to be talked to or even retrained if you ask me. All she was doing was boxing up ordersand placing them for pickup how hard is it really to call someone?s name out???? We paid 2000 tickets for a game and when we opened it. It looked like they got the game from goodwill. They wrote on the back of... loyalty cards, like they were chance cards. They also had stickers in there that said sorry I'll be fixed soon. For 2000 Iexpected this to be a new game we spent so much money today. This is unacceptable. We came for my son's 5th birthday and he wasso excited to buy that game. How disappointing. Also the wings were very dry. Read more
We went in for the lunch buffet. Food was hot, fresh and well stocked. Dining area was clean. Play area was clean. They have... updated to the cards so no more coins which was nice. The area where they had the play yard has been changed to games forsmaller kids and it was very cute. Updated since covid hit. Staff was all friendly. When it came time to get my sons prizes, theman who helped was very nice. Will be back again to this location. Thank you all for a very good experience. No complaintshere. Read more
Visited on a busy Friday while there was a school fundraiser so food understandably took over 30 minutes. Large area with plenty... of seating options. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was okay. Read more
The food was better then other locations I have been to. The wings were great as well. The customer service was not the best.... Their gaming area had some different games like The Walking Dead which was fun. Read more
They are not practicing the correct food safety at this store. Their manager did not make them correct it. Nasty.
