I don't know why Google maps has this location out on the street. This Pizza Hut is inside the Fry's shopping east of the main... grocery store. Three times I've placed a delivery order where they always forget to include my 2 liter soda! It's getting really frustrating!... And on top of this... they charge an extra 79 cents for extra marinara sauce where they always have the cups filled up onlyhalfway! Halfway!!! Every single time! This is freaking ridiculous!!! Second time ordering here. Ordered 1 large pepperoni, one large sausage stuff3d crust, 1 medium pineapple and ham, and small... wings. Second awful experience. Asked for extra crispy, received underdone. Asked for extra tomatoes and mushrooms, received light... portion on half. Asked for normal cheese, received heavy. Even after cooking the pizza, it was tasteless. Hoped lastexperience was an accident. Fortunately, we now have Mod pizza. Read more
I ordered extra pepperoni and I got the regular amount. The Manager told me the same thing. About what extra means. That is... extra according their guidelines. I told him there is more cheese than meat. I told him if he bothered to see what the extralooks like when ordering online, the picture shows way more than the 2 little pieces of pepperoni on one slice. He keptdebating the amount is correct and when I offered to show him the difference he didn?t care and said that?s the amount. I willnot be buying my pizza from here. We enjoyed our first order here, nice to have a pizza option so close. Place is perfect for walk up or delivery. Went during... opening, need some practice, as we picked up a pizza that wasn't cut. Couple things, this is the 2nd time coming in order pasta, never do they leave a fork. 2nd they forget the marinara sauce to the... breadsticks that I don't realize til I get home. To make it worst I BOUGHT an extra marinara sauce to have 2 so I pretty muchpaid for a free sauce. Lastly if y'all gonna charge almost a dollar for a tiny cup of marinara sauce atleast fill the cup notgive me half a cup. This location is pathetic. Read more
