Sadness over comes me! I just wanted a Ham and Cheese Sandwich! It is very crazy to me that some stores carry some of the... products in this market and others do not! Some have fries and other choices, some carry the sandwhich some don't! Argh!!! Itwas already bad enought to me because of the price hikes but now this too! Yum Brands used to be one of my favorite pizza's hereat The Hut!! Now, I second guess it everytime and this is why! Do you know that a Personal Pan pizza is now almost $10-??????Just darn crazy!!! Makes me so upset! You know Pizza Hut, to keep your customer base in this day and age you have to beconsistant! And keep staple menu items!! This was my new store, in my new neighborhood! Read more

The pizza is disgusting for one. When I went to pick up my pizza there were 2 3 people there 2 of them were just talking to each... other doing NOTHING not to mention then didn't have hats on or anything to protect there hair from getting in the food. Andthat'll had headphones in wich that is disgusting for working around food. Got a personal pan pizza like this. Literally just opened the box to this. looks like some took bites out of it. Needless to say... I just threw it away. If this is the kind of service they have then I will never try them out again. BARROS is the way to go forfast-food chain pizza. Read more
Ordered two medium pizzas, cheese bread and mini Cinnarolls for dinner. Pros: Food arrived on scheduled time, was hot and... fresh. Pizza crust had sufficient herb seasoning. Cinnarolls were soft and well coated in icing. Cons: Cheese on cheese breadwas overcooked. Pizzas were slightly over baked and crust on the harder side. Read more

I order pizza and wings for my family and I. I ask for 2 of the pizzas to be well done and they delivered BURNT PIZZA! Not well... done, completely burnt. The pepperoni was black! Onions, black! Crust, black! I immediately called and spoke to the manager, shesounded like she wasn't surprised nor interested. Asked if I want my account credited or remake my pizza. They remade it anddidn't tell the delivery driver that it was a order correction. The wings were good but cold by the time the new pizza arrived.I will never order from this location again. Next time, if a customer is spending over $70 plus tip for fast food pizza, pleasedon't send out burnt food. Take the time out to make another one before sending it out and expecting people to settle for it. Read more
Orderd on the app. Showed up before my pick up time and was okay with waiting the 7 more minutes that I was told. I ended up... waiting in the front for 30 minutes watching the employees mess up multiple orders. People continued to pile up in the frontwaiting area. I ended up asking for a refund, and there was no offer to make their mistake right. Read more
