Posted dine-in hours on Google shows open until midnight Sun - Thurs and 1 AM Fri and Sat. We stopped on our way back to Phoenix... from LA to eat Dinner and use the restroom. We arrived at 10:05pm and they had closed the dining room and would not make anexception to allow us to use the restroom. The employee at the drive through window refused to even ask the manager. They alsofailed to give us our hot sauce with the food we had ordered through the app. Disappointed. Read more
Come on! Do you really expect that much from Taco Bell? We all pretty much know what it is made of right? For one, it is open... late so if you need a quick snack there you go. Food is cheap and of course cheaply made. This is definitely NOT Mexican food sodon't mix them up. Staff is generally pretty friendly but depends when you come in. Its ok but one of the employee was tring to comfront me when I went in and I was missing my 5 beef chalupas she wanted to say... she did intill the other employee checked my order and seen I was correct and apologized. Read more
THIS TACO BELL IS HORRIBLE!! THE REGINONAL LILLY ACCEPTS AND TRAINS HORRIBLE MANAGERS! NEVER WILL I OR MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS... EVER EAT HERE AGAIN!This location suffers from poor management and lack of trained leadership and no accountability. Myexperience was horrible. Entered the store and waited at the counter for 10 mons and never got greeted or my order taken. Allthe while employees are handing out orders to other patrons but not speaking to or acknowledging me. Lilly the reginal managerhas been notified of this horrible experience. I liked Taco Bell a lot when they offered the regular nacho. Now they only offer it in a Grande size with a higher price. Bring... back the regular size nachos and the cheaper price please. Read more
I went through drive thru today 02/18/22 around 8 pm I asked for two bean and cheese burritos and 6 Doritos locos tacos and... three drinks.I get home with my food and ????my two burritos came with no cheese and one of them came with cream and I neverasked for cream my Doritos tacos where just 3-4 little pieces of meat and lettuce and tomatoes like if they barely touched itwith there hands ???? I called the store and asked for the manager the kiddo are who ever answered the phone said how can Ireplaced the order????? no no no it?s not about replacing the order it?s about who ever you gonna hired make sure you teach themhow they suppose to do their job . I went through the drive through. My order was ready pretty quickly. I had ordered 2 cravings boxes and one was in a box and one... was not. The contents were just thrown in a bag with some other items. Cinnamon twists were missing. We asked for a few mildsauces and several hot but instead we got a million mild sauces and only a few hot. The chalupa shells tasted really old. One ofthe burritos had no red sauce. 2 of the tacos had basically no meat in them. One half of my chalupa was missing meat altogetherand the cheesy fiesta potatoes tasted very old. Everything was a mess?. Read more
So apparently you need to eat your food right away or this place doesn't care if they serve cold food. We ordered from the drive... thru and took it not even 5 minutes away from the place. We called to tell them that the meet was cold (rice was warm though).The manager said what do you expect when you went thru the drive thru and then drove home. Mind you that this isn't our firsttime there and we have never encountered cold meet before. She said she wouldn't replace it and that it's our fault for takingIt home to eat it.
