2 times in the drive thru and my husband goes inside to fix our order and they just kept pulling it out of the bag then throwing... the same burgers back in on top of the other burgers and the fries. Instead of remaking it the last time when my husband wentin, they pulled them out, unwrapped them and threw them back in. Fries were cold, burgers were torn up and cold. Absolutelyridiculous! 7 of dined in. We spent a good amount. We are here yesterday. We were questioned when they forgot a burger rudely by the... manager/worker. When we realized two of the kids did not get toys in their kids meals we asked for them. We were met by theblonde manager saying that she did put them in the bags(same manager who was rude about the burger). I said that theyunfortunately were missing. She got upset, rolled her eyes, and then reluctantly gave them to us. My mother in law also went upasking for napkins and she was informed by the same worker that she did not have anymore (at 1pm in the afternoon?). She wasrude. When I walked up a little later to ask for a water cup she saw me and walked right past me. I had to get another workersattention to get the cup. It was a disappointment. I am all for Playland for kids, it kept rowdy kids entertained and out of the dining area which was a massive bonus
They do a wonderful job here. I always double check my bag before I leave and things are always accurate.
Got 2 burgers (one being a kids meal) and found only a milk and an applesauce with a fork in the bag when I got home. Called... then sent someone to get it and the manager Crystal had personal beef with the person I sent and told to leave. Called back andthey lied saying he got it when he didn?t but then said I could come back but I was too afraid to go back in worries they morethan likely flip on me too or spit in it. Never going back and it?s no wonder almost the entire staff quit around a month ago.This is the 3rd time in the span of May-beginning of June that they haven?t given me most of my order. Read more
We sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes after the girl told us one moment please. There were no other cars in the drive thru. We... finally drove away because we were tired and hungry. There was one truck at the drive thru window as we drove by. Guess Wendy'swanted our business instead. Things sure have went downhill since I worked there over 20 years ago. Drive thru was a priorityand drive thru times were a source of pride. Very disappointing. Read more
Food was amazing. Had to wait 6 minutes for my chicken sandwich, but it was worth the wait.
