This McDonald's is average. Cleaning is average. I've had better service elsewhere but they are usually really good at making... sure your order is right and making up for it if they get it wrong . Gets pretty backed up at 12 pm- 1pm. So be aware of that.Otherwise it's a solid McDonalds Read more
Many people complaining about their order when I walked in. I should have left then. The staff was rude!!! A employee was... eating a fish sandwich, fries and a drink where they get the orders ready. Played with her hair, kept pulling her pants up. SHE NEVER WASHED HER HANDS!! And continued to prepare customers food. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO INTO THIS PLACE!! Oh and theymessed up my order!! The immature rude people they having running Buckhannon McDonald's blows my mind! I have never been more disrespect by a... manager Alissa Girondo was rude and wrong in the way she treated me. She acts like a 7th grader trying to look cool in front ofher friends. The quality of service was beyond ridiculous. Everything in my order was wrong and I was over charged. She didn'thave time to correct it she just dismissed me like I was a child. She needs to be taught how to properly treat customers.Nothing more to say except she definitely needs some training in customer service. Read more

You know it would be so nice to go to McDonald's and get the fry's the way they use to be! Cooked the right amount of time, hot,... seasoned right and fresh. They don't like it when people order no salt on their fry's, due to the work that go into making nosalt fry's but, they leave us no choice but to order no salt fry's. It's the only way we can get cooked, fresh, and hot fry's.Although the fry's just aren't the same without the salt. But McDonald's leaves us no other choice! Read more
Great service, new remodeled building, very nice visit
I'm here pretty often, and never had a issue. This last time... was pretty sad.. see pic. And instead of just adding more... yogurt, i had to wait nearly 10 mins for a new one..and when I got that, the berries were frozen. Read more
Very clean, restroom clean and smelled good. The food was hot and the cashier was polite
