Traveling back to Virginia, so we stopped by this Sheetz to cash in some scratch lotto tickets. The cashier, Drema, was a little... rude.. the cash that was given in exchange was off and she seem to care less about explaining the difference.. Why is there not someone at the front register at all times, I had to stand out in 28°weather about 2am waiting for somebody to... turn on kerosene pumps when she finally did it didn't work she came to the door & said I GUESS you have to pay first. Since whenI know you have to pay first for gas but I never have for kerosene but if that's the case you need to put up signage statingthat maybe customers wouldn't get so upset ???? !!! Read more
I?ve been going to school in Buckhannon so on my dinner break I would go to Sheetz and grab food if I didn?t pack any. Usually... wasn?t too bad, but in the last few months the quality has really gone down. I always seem to go in when two people are trainingone person and it takes longer, and things come out not as well as they should. Yesterday was the last straw though. All I gotwas a salad. Took about ten minutes which seems a little long for just a salad. I did a quick check in my bag and it seemedalright. I went back to school just to see that I didn?t get two of the toppings I paid for and that I heard the lady intraining ask the other ladies about. I also didn?t have any silverware. I went back to get the things I didn?t get. The saladwas horrible. Spent most of the time picking the hard ends of the lettuce out, the slimy wilted lettuce, the rotten tomatoes,and then the icing on the cake, a long blonde hair that definitely wasn?t mine. Being from Louisiana, I never heard of Sheetz but being up North.. I got hooked! I can order paleo friendly foods that taste... really good. They have a good selection of healthy options in the store. Read more
