The biscuit and gravy was so dry. There was to much biscuit for the small amount of gravy they give you... I ordered 2 xtra... bowls of gravy that they gave us and then they we're less than half bowls definitely not worth the money....Staff was Great Read more

Sat in the drive through for about an hour after ordering the bacon egg and cheese wrap that we normally order. Very... disappointed. Not only did it take an hour to get our food but for $21.90 total we had a really thin peice of egg and more baconthan we could handle. The lady that took our order didnt sound that enthuzed about working there and seemed very hateful as ifshe didnt like her job. Probably lost a very good customer. Great place to eat in Buckhannon I learned about Biscuit world on recent trips to West Virginia. Until this visit, I had never... visited or eaten at one of these locations. There seems to be at least one in every town. There are over 70 of these restaurantswith many of them in WV. I have eaten at four of these locations on this trip alone and have always been pleased. This visit wasnot any different. It is located in a stand-alone building next to a Walmart. There is plenty of parking in front and adjacentto the site. You order at the counter and get a number that allows them to bring your food to the table. They serve breakfast,lunch, and dinner but I very much like their breakfast. Their biscuits are very good. The tea is excellent and their eggs arecooked to order. A classic breakfast is about $5.29 and you get 2 eggs made to order and your choice of bacon, sausage or ham,and toast or a buttermilk biscuit. It is a good amount of food at a price. The staff was very efficient and friendly. The diningroom was a mix of booths and tables. The restaurant was clean. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I would definitelyrecommend this to my fellow travelers who are hungry and visiting the Buckhannon area. Read more
Ordered 2 big taters & 2 low carb platters at 6 on Saturday evening, Dec. 4th. No biscuits available ( said they were out)... which was fine for me bc I didn't need them anyway. Ended up with 2 big taters with 1 scrambled egg each, 1 piece of bacon ineach, ONLY 1 low carb platter and it only had bacon, no sausage. So, got shorted a whole meal and part of the other 3. tHe bigtaters were SMOTHERED in cheese..an ungodly, inedible amount. Not only did I wait for a long time, but I also got ripped off andmy kids didn't even get a full dinner. That's what I get for tipping at restaurants like this trying to make their night alittle better. It was still an hour until closing so not having food & receiving this kind of food & service is absolutelyhorrible. I could almost understand if I showed up at 10 til closing and got a rushed order. Nope.It should have been done rightwith the amount of time it took. This place was getting better, but now it's right back in the tank. Wish they could get somegood cooks here, but it's hit or miss depending upon which people are working and it's VERY obvious, especially when employeesthat are generally friendly are stressed out and miserable bc of the people they are forced to work with. The service sucked .. The woman taking our order has an attitude and it was so unprofessional to have hickies on her neck .. Two... different couple left because the service was terrible and the food was cold .. I'll never spend my money in this placeagain!!!!!!!!!
