Do not give this establishment your business. Worst restaurant experience, ever. Harbor View Grille should be ashamed of their... service. Our family of 4 arrived at 12:30 PM on a Sunday and were seated outside quickly. However, after giving our orders, wewitnessed three tables of customers who arrived after us receive their food before us. After one hour of waiting, we discussedleaving, and a neighboring table went to get their check and mention our lack of service. The server came out moments later andsaid out order went in (presumably just then) and we were offered free salads and given an "I'm sorry". Ten minutes later, stillno food, we flagged another server who seemed to not care at all and could not tell us how much longer the order would be. Uponwaiting another few moments and seeing yet another table receive an order we had to leave. We were told simply, "Sorry, that wasour fault." There is no excuse for that lack of service and decency. I have never been treated that way at any establishment. IfI could give 0 stars, I would. Read more
