Excellent food and service. I had a corned beef omelette which was stuffed to the brim, my girlfriend had a stack of light... fluffy French toast made with fresh baked bread. My coffee was never less than half full and neither was her tea. Definitely thebest breakfast in the area! Read more

Tried Island Rise & Shine for the first time today. It's really hard to find a good place for breakfast these days, even Bangor... where there are a plethora of places to eat. "island" does a really good job. Food was good, place had a relaxed atmosphereand the service was friendly and helpful. I plan of hitting it a few more times, trying a few more things on the menu and thendoing a full review. For now, 5 thumbs up... all the way. Read more
