I had the beef n cheddar. There food is always good. Love the mozzarella stick and japelano poppers are fantastic.
Love the roast beef sandwich with tomato and red ranch! Always good food.
Bit disappointed. Roast beef was a little dry. Fries were cold. They were a little busy a.d short handed so I understand.
Have gone to Arby's for years for the sliders, which are delicious. Today however I ordered two chicken sliders with extra... cheese. After I got the order it was clear that they left the extra cheese off. No big deal, I was still in the drive thru whenmy wife checked the bag, so she got the workers attention and told him they were supposed to be extra cheese and asked for just the pieces of cheese so they didn't have to make new sliders. After the worker asked what I assume was a manager for the cheese,she responded with "They put extra on them", when my wife showed the bag, the worker at the window just repeated that "She saidthey put extra on them". Bear in mind that I have ordered countless times before and gotten my extra cheese on the other side ofthe bun, there was definitely no extra cheese on either slider. Is the two extra pieces of cheese that I paid for a good enoughreason to embarrass my wife and call her a liar in the drive thru. I don't think so, so much for the customer being right. Paid five dollars for marinara sauce because they forgot my six piece mozzarella stick. Wasn't even busy, they just forgot it. I... wouldn't be upset if I hadn't already worked with those people before and know they did it out of laziness Read more
Arby' s as a chain is pricey compared to other fast food restaurants but the Bucyrus Arby's is a nice, clean and friendly place... to get a meal. Read more
First, this Arbys was dirty. There was not a table near us that had been cleaned off. Food on the floor, dirty... bathroom... Second, the food was not prepared that well.,my wife's wrap was dripping with mustard, destroyed the taste of thewrap. Pretty sure my roast beef had been sitting awhile, the bun was soggy...
