There were three of us there for supper this evening. Two out of the three meals were brought to us just barely warm and it was... not even busy in there. Waitress never came back to ask if everything was okay or refill our drinks. We ate our food and eventold the cashier that two meals were not hot. He said he was sorry but didn?t offer to make it right nor did he ask if we hadtold our waitress. Read more
Waited 20 minutes, at least 4 dirty tables not being cleaned, many clean tables available, not exceedingly busy, manager and... hostess folding napkins with silverware, not moving to lift a finger to clean. After being seated in a crowded configuration,and the prices compared to Lulu's across town, it wasn't worth it. We left, mostly due to their seemingly-dismissive attitude.Is this their problem, or all Bob Evans restaurants? Whatever...I'll never go again. Read more
I ordered "FRIED CHICKEN BREAST". what I got were 2 small pieces of meat. Did not even resemble fried. Dry, thin, not even very... tasty. The biscuits were the best part. Read more
We stopped here on our way home from Indiana. We were looking forward to having a good meal! The food was good but Our Waitress... Zoey was a train wreck. I had to ask 3 times for Creamer and Sugar for my coffee and she finally brought me a tiny containerwith creamer and 6 packets of Sugar. We ordered our meals as 3 course meals with Side Salad, Entree, and Dessert. We bothordered Sirloin Steak Med Rare, I ordered Broccoli and mashed and my Wife ordered Fries and Fresh fruit! Her steak came out WellDone and they brought me Lemon Pepper Sole.( The General Manager made my order right and took it off our Bill) Our Salads cameout after the Entrees when they should have been first. It seemed that our Waitress was too preoccupied with with her tip moneyfrom previous customers or with chatting with the Cook than making sure her Customers were taken care of. My wife sat for almost10 minutes with an Empty soda glass in front of her and we watched our Waitress look at it several times and she never asked ifshe wanted a refill. When the GM came out with our food instead of our waitress she asked if my Wife would like a refill. I havenever been more tempted to leave a Waitress a Penny under an Upside down Empty glass until tonight. Read more
We've eaten here numerous times but today we had breakfast...although it was almost lunch by the time we got our food. Tami,... our server, was so kind and attentive. This restaurant is badly in need of a deep cleaning and the carpet was wore out yearsago. I don't understand why this Bob Evans lags behind others in cleanliness... Food was ok, our potatoes were undercooked butomelettes were good. Update Ate dinner tonight, food and service were good, I had chicken noodle soup...same nasty carpet. Read more
