I love their biscuits and gravy. They were so hot and fresh. My daughter loved the monster bacon biscuit. Great value.
We stopped in around 930am on 10/30/2022 for some breakfast since we've never tried hardees. The lady in the pink hoodie when we... walked in instantly started to complain that people were there. She got what she wanted, we were uncomfortable, turned aroundand left. Won't bother stopping here again, enjoy this location going out amd the woman losing her job in time because of it. Read more
The store got my order wrong. I called and was told to bring my food back which they took back and I was told they would throw... it away. They acted as though I were trying to scam them. The fact that I had to leave and go there after ordering doordashdefeated the whole purpose. Then the way they took the food was disconcerting. What about covid protocols or any hygieneviolations. I would never do anything purposely but how do they know I don't have any contagious pathogens? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Read more

Not very busy when we were there. I ordered the tender meal and a strawberry ???? shake. The other order was a mushroom Swiss... meal. Everything was fresh. The shakes were really good ????. It was all good. Will say my tenders were dark and a little overcooked. Grease needs filtered, probably changed. But I won't harp on that, just fix the issue. You know what it should looklike. Serve with pride. The customer service was pretty good. Worked as a team. Only advise, acknowledge your customer withinseconds. We stood for probably 3 mins with no one really speaking to us. Not your typical fast food joint! Went there during the Car show this year. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was... excellent! Best hamburger I've had in a long time. Highly recommend this Hardees. Read more
We showed up around 11:30 at night. The fells working the window was super nice and repeated my order back to me at the window... .He handed us two of the fullest milkshakes I've had in years. Seriously the whipped cream was sticking out the top. Now thewife has a hankering for milk shakes so I've ordered them at pretty much every restaurant we visit and in Marion, I've never hadone that was full to the top so I was super impressed and made it a point to express this to him the same as I have here. Hereturned with our food super fast and I just couldn't help but give him a tip. This isn't something I would normally do at fastfood but as I stated...this wasn't service and presentation that I normally receive either.
