I ordered inside on their kiosk, proceeded to wait 19 minutes for my food and only received half my order. When I asked for the... rest I was called a lier and had to show my receipt to prove that I ordered the missing food. I watched employees grab food withbare hands and eating on the line. One of them was working the drive thru so she had dirty hands from handling money and puttingthem into fresh food. 2 of my sandwiches are completely wrong. Ordered 2 my doubles ketchup only and in the pictures you'll seewhat I received. We definitely will NOT be coming back to this location ever. Read more
I really feel as though, if you don't like your job... quit! Why sit in the drive thru window and just be rude as hell? Also,... not only were our fries old and cold, but they didn't give us sauce for the nuggets, so I go back around, ask for the sauce andthe girl in the drive thru wants to be rude, like I've done something wrong??! Truth be told she didn't have any within reach soshe just said screw it and didn't give it to me. I know this because she had to ask someone to get her some! Do better people. Read more
I went by this morning at 10:20 am purchased 2 steak bagels with no egg. Didn't check it until I got home it was 2 bacon bagels... with 3 pieces of cheese slapped on, cold. One of the bagels had a black/blue mark on it. We threw them away. I have tried tocall them for an hour and a half and it rings busy. Called back on 9/21 and spoke to the manager at around 5.30 am who was veryrude to me, said they don't put 3 pieces of cheese, that they have 2 lines it shouldn't have been busy when I called.Disagreeing with everything I had to say, as if I was lying.... I don't need to lie!!! It's not the first time our stuff waswrong at this location. I guess it will be our last not planning on going back just to waste my money. Read more
One of the best McDonald's I have ever dined in! Very fresh hash browns, and the egg biscuit sandwich is top notch! Very... friendly staff, too! They clearly care about their customers! I highly recommend! Read more
The new building was nice but maybe they don't have enough help yet. For a new building, I walk in and make an order on the... kiosk. The receipt won't come out and has a bunch jammed. Then went to get a seat and every single table was dirty and neededto be cleaned. Not very impressive for a brand new place. Food was ok when finally brought to table. Read more

We had a large group of 80 stop at this location and, after we called ahead to give 24 hours of notice, we?re met with... exceptional speed, quality, and kindness from the staff. Every employee knew their job and it was excited with militaryprecision. All 80 of us were served in a total of 16 minutes - a feat I did not think was possible. This location is very luckyto have the employees and management staff it does as I could not leave a higher review. Read more
No gravy on biscuit. My husband called to talk to manager named Kim and she didn't apologize or anything. She screamed when she... answered the phone. We order breakfast here every Sunday for the past 7 years to be treated and disrespected like that. Nothingbut attitude. I have ran a fast food joint and I would of livid if one of my employees talked to a customer they way she did us.Very bad business. Read more
