Fast service got my sandwich done right the first time was in and out
They?ve been really sloppy the past few times. putting like 1/3 of the normal amount of meat, completely, ignoring certain... requests (i.e add banana peppers) and adding things that we asked not to be added. Not roasting the subs whatsoever, then justthrowing them into the bag. These last sandwiches were dripping through the bag and weren?t cut properly, wrong toppings, and Icounted 4 slices of ham for a whole footlong (normally I don?t count but this thing weighed as much as a bag of chips.) Also,I?m used to people butchering the pronunciation of my name when I pick up orders, but to not even attempt it and just stare atme waiting for me to say it for you, is super rude (especially since we come here frequently and have had to do this multipletimes. My husband & I stopped at the subway in bucyrus to grab dinner after visiting family. The food was absolutely amazing... (everything fresh) and the manager (I think her name was Autum) was great! Very polite and hands on! Great experience! Read more
Went there to get lunch the bread was doughy and the sub was soggy. Place was dirty. Tomatoes in one container was rotten and... they was on the table to be served. Won't be going back. Plus the prices are way to high for the small amount of meat andveggies you get. Read more
Kinda messed up my sammy but thats ok we had ordered 6 sandwiches. Im mom so it was fine! Otherwise was great! Will return.
The sub was good. But it wasn't every clean and it took a half an hour to get my sub. One of the employees was on the phone... with a mad customer. She should have just given her credit because she had about ten mad customers waiting. Not cool. Read more
I came in here yesterday for lunch and couldn?t believe my eyes. 3 beautiful angels were behind the counter rushing around. The... girl who did my order I think her name started with a P was super sweet and got my order perfect! I will be returning, and Ithink everyone who is able to get lunch here should! Read more
Well my updated experience: since the former manager has left, it has all went down hill. The subs are so sloppy. The wraps are... so sloppy they are gross from being soggy. I don't know of what's going on but this place is nothing like they use to be. Smilewhen consumers come in. Don't act like it's killing you to be there. Make everyone think you ate happy to be there and happy totake orders. Your actions make you or breaks you when it comes to customer service. This visit was a lot better. The staff wasmuch more friendlier. Read more
