Went to get grilled cheese for grandaughter, machine was broken. Ordered chips....couldn't heat them. Place was very dirty. ... Took her to bathroom...had to gag it was so disgusting. Being only 7 years old, she would not use the dirty bathroom. Whathas happened to this place. I will not be going back. After seeing how dirty it was, the food has to be dirty also. Bewarepeople!!! Customer service here is horrible every single time. My husband went through the drive thru to get breakfast and heard the staff... laughing in the background. When he got to the window, the manager was laughing and said she dropped his box of donuts (whichonly had 2 of the 4 Boston Cream donuts we wanted to begin with because that is all they had) so she had to fill the box withdonuts we didn?t really want. He didn?t get his frozen hot chocolates, which he found out weren?t even on the order because theywere laughing and messing around while he was ordering and didn?t hear him. When he got home and told me all this, I called totalk to the manager to say that the staff is very unprofessional and laughing, all she could say was they try to have a goodtime. She admitted she was the one who dropped the donuts. She did not try to apologize for the bad customer service oranything. I called the Tim Hortons customer service line. This has been happening for at least a year now, and we have giventhem numerous chances but today was the last straw. I have never had such bad customer service and hope the owner starts to caremore about what is happening in his or her restaurant or it will be closed because of no customers. Read more

Never again. I ordered online and when I got there, I was told I had to go back around when there was no one in the drive thru.... When I asked why, they said there was an order before mine.... Again, there was no one behind me and I ordered 10 minutes ago.Does not make sense! Read more

Tim Horton's (Bucyrus Ohio) will not be receiving my business anymore. Should've received $8.25 change back. She only gave me... .25 cents back. I said where is my $8 at. She close the window and walked away. Three other workers came over what's going on.Well I tried to explain to these three other workers. After my daughter and I saw her stick the $8 in her pocket. They told me Iwould have to come back tomorrow to speak with the general manager. Because they can't give me my $8 back. I said we saw herstick it in her pocket. I wasn't the only one there complaining that they was money not returned to them (their change). TimHortons in Bucyrus will not get my business anymore. I know $8 might not seem much but $8 is $8. After telling them I'll justcome back and speak with the general manager tomorrow. These three other workers said I doubt you'll get your money back. Onesaid I've been working here for 5 years I've never seen money been returned to a customer. So don't be expecting to get yourchange back. I said well tomorrow morning. We'll have the general manager replay the video of 10:02 a.m. (Saturday) and it'sgoing to show that you stuck my change in your pocket. Now this is one reason, why I always pay in cash and not pay with adebit or credit card. Because there are so many restaurants and other places that is overcharging people's cards or writingtheir numbers down and making charges outside that place. Read more

The worst run place I've ever seen! The manager is extremely rude! They wouldn't give me my coffee with my #7 meal. Absolutely... refused to give it to me and wanted us to go back through the drive thru and order one. Will never be back! Read more

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to! I was in the drive thru trying to decide what items I wanted to order... and the ENTIRE TIME, I was being rushed. When I made it to the window, I was counting some change to use as payment and themanager whom was being so impatient, loudly says over the cashier's shoulder, "SERIOUSLY?".... If I'm a paying customer, and Ineed to count some change up to pay for my order, what is the issue?? Tim Hortons franchise should SERIOUSLY take a look at thislocation. Every time I come to this store the coffee is nasty, the donuts are hard and the staff is rude as hell. If this was myonly experience with a Tim Hortons, I would never recommend. Read more

I?ve gone to this place on 3 separate occasions at 3 different times and not once did they have any of their regular menu items... available. The last time I went it was 1 o?clock and the drive through worker said ?we are actually out of bread?. Like how areyou open? It?s 1 on a Sunday and you can?t make any of your sandwich items. I?m only writing this because this location has notonce provided me with a sandwich because they?ve been out of the ingredients. I understand this has nothing to do with theregular employees but whoever is in charge of ordering has messed up a lot. Read more
