What a delightful addition to downtown Buda! My daughter (8) & I finally had a chance to try it & she\'s already asking when we... can go back! I tried a couple of their crab dishes & the flavors were excellent. She had the fried shrimp basket which got 2thumbs up (the hushpuppies were apparently \"awesome\", although I can\'t speak to them myself bc she wolfed those down quicklybefore I could try a taste!) The food is freshly prepared with wonderful flavors & the guys running it were super nice as well.I\'m very excited to have this new truck in our town! Read more

My kid and I were going to lunch. He wanted wings. We had a small chat with the owner who also told us he owned the Thai... restaurant right next door. We had eaten at that food truck and his food was amazing. We decided to pull the trigger and orderwings and the fried ribs. The service was quick. Everyone working was a delight to interact with.\n\nThe food is amazing. It isvery fresh and flavorful. It is not too spicy. I am sure you can get it spicy if you requested. I love the mixture of pasta andThai cuisine. The owner was a pleasure to talk with while I waited for out food to be prepared.
