I stopped by here on my way home today. I was thinking \"Oh, I\'ll try something new\", since I haven\'t had Freddy\'s before. I... ordered the new French Onion Steak burger. I was not only disappointed in the service, which was slow and unenthusiastic. Theold lady at the window took my card to charge it and then after standing there fiddling around holding it and the receipt,finally handed it back. Then she shuts the window and walks off, leaving my bag of food just sitting on the counter. I didn\'twant to assume it was mine even though I was the only car there, no I waited until someone else walked up and grabbed it andhanded it to me before I realized it. I get home and the burger was just a flat mess. I decided to power through it anyways, andwhile it was delicious I couldn\'t help but notice a huge hard chunk in it. I don\'t know what it was, just that it didn\'tmatch the color of any of the other ingredients and it hurt my already sensitive teeth when I bit into it. Definitely regret mypurchase and will not be eating here again. Read more
One star is a little high for this place , anyone who likes this so called burger has some bad taste buds , today was my first... and last visit , jack in the box is a high end restaurant compared . Meat was like a very thin piece of cheap jerky , dry and noflavor , fries were very thin and cooked until crunchy , the only thing that was good was the pickle . Read more
My wife and I went to this place to get a pumpkin pie shake three different times only to be told that they don?t have any... pumpkin pie! Seriously?! THREE DIFFERENT TIMES!!!! Customer service is VERY poor!! Highly not recommended!! Read more
Food was good. Took 20 minutes for 3 burgers, had to ask for my cheese curds that weren\'t included. All the tables were dirty... but we were meeting family so couldn\'t leave. Staff was nice but overwhelmed. Read more
We had a great experience ordering today. The person that helped take our order was so patient with my daughter who wanted to... order a custard sundae but didn?t know what she wanted. She told her all of the options that they had and told her if she neededmore time to think it was okay. The food and service today was great. Read more
How do you run out of fries!? Isn\'t this one of the main sellers besides the burger meat? This place has gone down drastically... in the past year. Boo to Freddy\'s.
