Now coming back to texas from colorado, i missed authentic thai food, luckily there was one right up the way from me! I always... passed it when i go into town but one day i decided to go there. Well, mr. Jason was very respectful, polite and gaveinsightful information on where the food came from (authentic chef from the streets of thailand) not only the food is good, butlight as well. Thai gem in the heart of Buda!Very good Thai food that follows authentic Thai cooking style. Some will find the authentic style... different than other area Thai restaurants, which is what I call \"mexi-Thai\" as they will use jalapeño for spice. Gotji\'snicely features a lot of seafood dishes. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I appreciated that they customizedingredients per my request. I have eaten alot of Thai food all over Central Texas this trailer wasn\'t bad.\nThe basil fried rice had good flavor but the... wok wasn\'t hot enough to really make it \"fried rice\". The #1 best pad thai wasn\'t bad I have to admit I have eaten moreAmerican style pad thai than traditional but it was good my only complaint was that two of the muscles in mine didn\'t open sodidn\'t eat them flavor was good. But my favorite part was the garlic chili fish sauce they gave me on the side I love fishsauce. First time trying it tonight! The person who took my order was so lovely and kind. He gently suggested I add the chili and lime... and gave me an additional small garlic sauce to sprinkle over the top. I got the ?Street Fried Noodle? with chicken and it wasamazing!
