Went thru drive thru for 3 large pizzas. Girl told us it would be 10 minutes and we waited over 1 hr. Went inside to get refund... and the "manager" on duty didn't know what he was doing. Still have not received my refund ever. Worst pizza place to order fromin Buda. Read more

I guess there is a cheese shortage, cause there was barely any on our pizza. Was bad, even for Little Caesers. Had to drive... by the dumpsters because we went through the drive thru. I love little Caesar?s for what it is decent pizza fast. This place doesn?t disappoint there. They are short staffed and have... been consistently closing well before 10pm. Have had multiple issues at this location, and it's gotten to the point that i'm here writing this review. I was given a pizza... that must have been multiple hours past the throw out time. I pulled a slice, and 50% of the crust ripped apart from how staleit was. Didn't think much of it until I called, and they didn't answer. Called again, no answer. Call AGAIN, and my call wasSENT to voice mail. One of the employees was actively rejecting my calls. I get in my car, and the whole drive there I amcalling, and either it's not being answered, or it's being sent to voice mail. I get to the store, and the person claims no onetouces the phones, which was a blatant lie, because someone touched it to reject my calls, and even if he weren't lying, thenclearly they don't know how to opperate a business if they just blatantly ignore their phone 100% of the time. After this, ittakes the guy "helping" me, at least 15 minutes to figure out how to process a refund. I'm not sure how long after writing thisreview you'll be reading it, but go ahead and try and call the store a couple of times before going. If they don't answer, orreject the call, you'll know nothing has changed, and they do not deserve your business. Edit: I'm changing this to 3 starsfrom 1 star. I got in touch with the regional manager and he gave me some insight on the troubles they've been having. He gaveme the impression he actually does care about providing good service and keeping the customers happy. He also explained theywill be doing training soon to get things in order. We sat at the drive thru window for 15 minutes with absolutely no answer. We drove to the window and nobody was at the front. So... we drove around and parked. We went inside and someone came to the front and took our order and said it would be ready in 10minutes. We waited 15 more minutes and went back to the window for him to tell us the payment didn't go through so they didn'tmake the pizza. So we paid a second time and he told us it would be another 10 minutes. So we waited almost an hour for a 5minute pizza. Very. Dissapointed. Read more
