I have to be honest, I had terribly low expectations. Well, I guess the fact that I went back three weeks in a row after... avoiding pizza for months tells you how that worked out. This is probably my third favorite pizza, and the other two are 1,300miles in one direction and 1,700 miles in the other. I will definitely be continuing to frequent this restaurant. Was recommended this place by someone who is from NYC. Being from New York myself, I can say this place knocks it out of the... park for Texas. Great thin crust pizza, I always go for the pepperoni and jalapeño. If you?re looking for a place that issignificantly better than traditional pizza chains, this is it! Read more
Solid little pizza joint in downtown Buda. We had a comfortable booth by the front windows at a high top table with bench and... bar stool seating. The vibe is warm industrial, with 80s movie murals painted on a couple of the walls. I wanted Tomato Lo Panon a t-shirt! Our server was friendly and the perfect amount of attentive. We ordered a margherita pizza- thin crust and tastytoppings. Washed it down with a rocks margarita served on ice in a pint glass. Recently moved back to the area and decided to give this super cute place a try with the family. Noticed the staff shortage sign... at the front door but that isn?t a problem for us as it is the norm these days and we weren?t in a rush. The waitress/bartender,the only person manning the front end this afternoon just 10 minutes past opening, took our drink orders and delivered them asshe rushed back to take care of others patiently waiting. There were 5 of us sitting on a 4 top, so I thought I?d scoot the nexttwo top over so we could fit. She decided to scream at me from the other end behind the bar after I moved it, hollering to leaveit alone and that she would go pick it up instead because moving it that way makes the screws loose. Several other patronslooked at me with eyes wide open in disbelief that she was responding like that. Never been scolded in such a way, and publiclyhumiliated. I offered to pay for our beverages and we left instead. Definitely wasn?t the day to visit to experience the amazingservice everyone raves about.
