The website wouldn't take our address for delivery (Sunfield neighborhood, house built in 2018, address entered correctly with... multiple attempts). Error instructions said to call the store to place the order instead, so I did. Store upcharged the exactsame $14.99 pizza to $32.00 for ordering over the phone. What was once my preferred pizza place in the area has lost mybusiness. Read more

Waste of time. I ordered over the phone. Arrived but the pizza still hasn't been started. Was told it would take 15 minutes and... I could wait on my car. After waiting 40 minutes without seeing anyone I went inside to check and was advised again it still hadnot even been started! After an apology and a full refund I took my business to pizza hut. I was offered a coupon but I won't beback. I don't appreciate my time being wasted. Read more

Pizza is delicious. But unfortunate experience. I was charged for a supreme large pizza with olives. I received my pizza and it... only had olives. When I called to ask for the extra toppings refunded or a coupon or credit for next time, the manager saidthere is nothing they can do. Unreal! I was charged for a specialty pizza and got a pizza with just olives? Ew! I feel like aplace with 5 star customer service would offer to make a fresh new one. And this place said I can?t even be refunded for what Ididn?t receive?? We order here weekly.. so this is awkward now. Won?t be back. Read more
