We eaten here many times but in those many times this times but I was very disappointed our order was all wrong and then they... waited to tell us that they didn't have strawberry shakes unwell we got our order the could have told us when we ordered but theand the fries where so hard we couldn't eat them so we won't be eating there anymore. Manager was loudly fussing at employees in Spanish. The floor had been mopped but the rest of the place was filthy. There were... enough employees to clean but no one did. Trash was overflowing, drink station was coated with syrup, ketchup container wassticky. No one bothered to clean tables or eating areas. Not eating there again . Read more
So I tried to refrain from leaving a review, after many times of serving me sugar water and unsweet or not fully brewed sweet... tea, but what my tipping point was yesterday I ordered a sausage biscuit with cheese and was just served a biscuit with cheese. Read more
The McFlury here is just some crumbles of Oreo over a little bit of ice cream. No mixing and the cup is 3/4 full. Waste of... money. Will not come back to this location. Read more
I typically avoid this McDonald's on the basis that service, food quality, and order correctness is never consistent. I've been... here for breakfast, lunch, dinner usually on my same off days so my sample size isn't off. My issue becomes that I drive awayand it turns out to have cheese, which makes me violently ill if I eat it, so at this point have more often than not, do nottrust to order any burger or bk sandwich. Stick to some cold nuggets if order correctness is high priority. Fries are alsousually cold there's that too. Read more
UPDATE: Still the worst McDonalds on the planet. Obviously, the only thing they do with their ice cream machine is clean it (at... least they clean something in this nasty place) ... they never have ice cream due to machine cleaning ... quit lying to usMcDonalds!!!! SEE PICS AND AVOID THIS LOCATION. These are the 4 ARTISAN BURGERS that we paid $6 each for and this location saidthat there was nothing wrong with my $6 burger and refused to remake or refund .... a lot of money for inedible food. I work overnights in Kyle, and am often hungry when I get off. Originally tried to go to the McDonald?s in Kyle but they are not... 24 hours (even though their Google page says they are ????), so I found this one, and it?s on my route home! Since I startedcoming here, they have never once messed up my order or forgotten anything. Truly the best McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Thestaff is so friendly, too! Easily my favorite location.
