You lose customers because your drive thru is the longest wait I have ever seen at a McDonald's. It is like this constantly with... the line so long in both lanes. You are the slowest McDonald's I've been to ever and I have been to a lot of McDonald's. I knowwith all the business that you have you should be able to afford more staff to keep up with all your business. It's supposed tobe fast food, not 30 minutes later food. You have all of sunfield that comes to you. Please serve us how a McDonald's should. Read more
The fountain machines through drive through do not top of your drink. The window attended said she could not help and a small... drink to fill them up would be extra, so I took the family inside and topped of our drinks ourselves. Read more
Now, over across the street to old McDonald's farm, LOL, well, the restaurant...I paid $6.04 for just as much food that was nice... and warm, put together well, and as always, fresh Coca Cola! I love the App and their service has really been top notch as faras fast food goes. But, to be fair, really as far as ANY food joint goes! Two stars because the staff did replace the stone cold fries they served us. But they overcooked the second batch and oversalted... the hamburger. I noticed them discussing how they just sent the drive through customer away at the window with the wrong order.They seemed to be an inexperienced group. Read more
Worse place to do doordash at ! Whether you are doing full time or just to do it because your off day from work like me. They... treat you like your stealing the food and treat you with disgust no matter who you are. I was having a bad day yesterday becauseI lost my dad so I went to do some doordash to get pocket change and to ease my mind. I asked the guy a question ( I think nightmanager) because I didnt know where to pick up the order he closed the door and looked at me and walked away. Once my friendordered food from this placed didn?t receive until 3 hours later the dasher texted him they haven?t brought his order because hewas a dasher. Twice in less than a week I got something I did not order for. Now if it were something free or extra, I wouldn't be complaining... but nope, technically paid for them to choose my meal apparently. First time I figured, eh honest mistake, it happens. My cherryicee was denied and I got a Dr. Pepper one. Not ideal but it is what it is. Tonight however, I was really looking forward to adouble quarter pounder with cheese and said hmm ???? they have one with bacon too. The photo shows two patties, so I expectedtwo patties. What I received was a single sad cold patty, sad? Well because looked like a reg patty (used in the mcdoubles) butsquished so thinly and flat and bigger (over sized in width) than the buns. Not sure if they just ran out of patties or what butthey could simply say they are out. A regular quarter pounder patty is thick and juicy not flat, dry and there was no reason itshould have been cold while the other burger (big Mac) was still freshly warm. Do better. The line was long even tho it was 10:30pm. But really when isn't it busy?.. lol anyways shout out to Cesar in drive thru,for... phenomenal customer service! I was trying to pay my total amount due with my back up phone. It's a back up phone, so I didn'thave much programed in it. I couldn't figure out this cash app thing on my phone to scan it on his device & pay for it. He mustof noticed I was getting frustrated with my phone , so he quickly suggested an alternative to get the order paid for. When Iasked him if he could help me and do it, for me because I was frustrated with the app. He quickly got it done and I wasextremely satisfied and so was my son for his food.. I've never had no one completely think outside the box to have a satisfiedcustomer to still get my order paid and processed. Now that's amazing customer service and sales skills !! Impressed at itsfinest ! If he doesn't get a raise for this, I think you guys may need to revaluate the thought.. almond no one would do this ina fast food chain like this one.. Employes just ask u if "you have cash" if not simply say something like "I'm sorry about that"& the customer leave hangry but not in my case! Thank you! The first experience is always everything!!
