Now granted the girl who made our pizzas seemed new, this was disappointing. We ordered three mini pizzas and one was OBVIOUSLY... smaller than the others and we asked why? They said it actually wasn?t smaller and moved on. They also made the crust of ourpizzas the thinnest I have ever seen in my life. I?m talking paper thin. I?ve walked in here twice and each time the place stunk like sewage and cleaner. I walked out the first time and ordered ahead... the next. I love MOD! This location is new, so maybe they have sewage issues. I hope it gets fixed. Read more
If you love watching dispassionate teenagers spray cleaning chemicals on your pizza while cleaning glass counter tops while... another mouth breather cuts your pizza in the most unsymmetrical pattern you have ever seen , this is definitely the pizza placefor you. They will even add toppings to your pizza you in no way asked for, wanted, or even like. Read more
Waited more than two hours for my pizza to get delivered. My credit card was charged twice.
I know it's a new store but worst pizza I have ever had. Very slow and employees don't seem to care.
Taking the fast out of ?fast casual?. Came in before the dinner rush on Wednesday night. Was greeted with an empty line and high... hopes. Took about 10 minutes before 1 of the 2 folks working decided to acknowledge that we were waiting to order. After takingmy order and taking a surprisingly long time to put my pizza together they decided that the online orders in the queue tookpriority over taking my mothers order so I?m that time it took another 15 minutes to bother taking her order, my pizza wasalready done and out of the oven. Then more of the same! After asking the person that decided to ring us up if service isnormally like they unapologetically said, ?it?s just like that? Don?t bother if you?re in a rush. I came to this location thinking its open but it wasn?t yet and they were having a meeting and preparing for opening in a couple... of days.. Sarah the manager understood the time I waisted coming to this location during my short lunch break thinking itsopen.. which is my fault.. But she made me my favorite all toppings fresh and tasty Pizza and then she refused I pay for it..Thank you Sarah. Best of luck with the grand opening to you all. MOD My favorite place for Pizza. I really like MOD but this location is new, and they just don't seem to know much of what they are doing yet. The Kyle location... is a lot better and friendlier. Which matters a lot for this kind of place where there are lots of choices to be made and it'spretty fast paced. It's the same food though and a good value and if you order online you don't really have to speak to anyone.Hopefully they find their groove and do better on the customer side soon. Read more
