I ordered for delivery and the estimated time was 27 minutes. One hour later, I ate a cold and sad pizza for dinner. Inaccurate... times, awful experience, and horrible food. Such a waste of money! Id like a manager to contact me about a refund. Edit: Sevenmonths later and still no contact from the manager. What horrible customer service. Papa John’s does not care about you. Just placed order for pick up. The "bread sticks" flat and tough, chewy. Pizza stuffed crust thin, chewy tough and looked... underbaked. Maybe frozen dough? Poor quality ingredients? I ordered at lunch time. But yuck! Read more
Just got a large pizza at the Buda location. I have to say this may well be the best pizza I’ve ever had. Crust was spot on... and lots of toppings. Got home and it was still steaming hot but didn’t last long. Read more
Food was awful!!! And not what I had ordered, they gave me a medium cheese sticks when I ordered a large, didn’t include any... of the extra sauces I ordered, the pizza had hardly any cheese on it, and the cinnamon bites had hardly any cinnamon on them!!!Definitely could tell that they tried to cut as many corners as possible!!!
